My Approach
I became a therapist after seeing how many men struggle in silence — carrying stress, pressure, and expectations without a clear place to process what they’re experiencing. Therapy offers an opportunity to step back, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels more authentic and sustainable.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping you step back from difficult thoughts, reconnect with the present moment, and move toward what matters most to you. I work with many men navigating anxiety, anger, obsessive thinking, and relationship challenges, often when patterns of control or avoidance begin creating more problems than they solve.
Therapy with me is both supportive and practical — a space where you can be honest about what’s hard while building skills to create meaningful change. I believe people are far more capable of growth than they often realize. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you develop clarity, flexibility, and confidence so you can move forward in a way that aligns with who you want to be.
